A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field. Professional Qualification in Aviation Security at a senior level Professional Qualification in flight safety discipline (airworthiness, flight ops, licensing) at a senior level Instructor’s Training Certificate in “train the trainer” course. Preparing lesson plans for approval by Head of Department- Safety & Security Training Assessing the lesson’s needs based on the syllabus to determine learning objectives and methods. Conducting lessons in class. Carrying out research on subject matter for continuous improvement and development of courses. Setting and marking examinations (written and practical) Complying with relevant policies and guidelines. Complying with the Quality Procedures and Standards. Participating in the School’s activities as required, such as, the students club, Integrity Committee, Training Needs Assessment Committee etc. 15 Performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department- Flight Safety & Security
