A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering A master’s degree in an aviation related field. Planning and budgeting the faculty’s activities and programmes. Developing the department’s calendar and monitoring / coordinating its implementation. Liaising with the Business Development department to: o Advertise / market the Department’s academic programmes. o Analyse market / industry needs and to identify new opportunities for programme development. Evaluating lecturers in the department to identify developmental needs and growing capability to service the industry. Managing and developing key accounts (e.g. corporate clients) to ensure client satisfaction and identifying new needs and recurrent business. Developing the portfolio of the Department’s offerings, to minimise risks of revenue loss and reach wider markets. Implementing stakeholder’s feedback processes to strengthen links between students, industry and Department lecturers. Implementing quality management systems, in liaison with the Quality Management department, to ensure training manuals, learning methods and aids, training delivery and examination processes are reliable and compliant to regulatory / international standards Performing any other duties as may be assigned by the Registrar, Academics
