Bachelors’ degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences or equivalent from a recognized University. Training in management and leadership. Certificate in counselling from a recognized institution.
Planning and implementing budgetary allocations for students’ non-academic activities. Coordinating with industry and the community on industrial attachment matters. Assisting students and the EASA community to develop extra-curricular programmes. Developing a culture of leadership values amongst students through mentoring and external training programmes. Coordinate counselling of students in personal and educational goals, as well as social, recreational and financial matters Developing rules and guidelines for student conduct and overseeing its implementation. Coordinating and overseeing all processes from enrolment, admissions, orientation to graduation ceremonies. Maintaining the calendar of events and activities for students. Coordinating EASA Alumni, parents, neighbours, community leaders and professional organisations. Collaborating with the Business Development department on public relations events where required Coordinating community service, sports and social activities. Ensuring students support services such as medical care are adequate. Performing any other duty as may be assigned by the Registrar
