Requirements
I. A diploma or advance diploma in Secretarial Services, Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Human
Relations or equivalent professional qualification;
fl. A minimum of 1 years' experience preferably with a development agency or a non-government organization;
Ill. Computer literate with abil ity to command MS excel or MS word
IV. Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities
i. Manage the reception phone and attend to all incoming and outgoing calls.
ii. Attend to incoming and outgoing mails (fax, letters, and email).
iii. Attend all visitors
iv. Maintain and update cqntact and mailing list in the shared drive.
v. Manage the reception area of the office.
vi. Arrange travel related logistics.
, vii. Manage the PD's calendar and arrange appointments, meetings of the PD including staff meetings.
viii. Support the Human Resource Management Activities
ix. Assist in the overa ll operations of the programme.
x. Assist with other office related matters as directed by your supervisor
