•    MBA with focus in organisational development, marketing, public relations or social sciences.

•    Take responsibility for spearheading strategic plan delivery and review through enhancing the scale and quality of WaterAid’s programme work, ensuring
quality documentation and communication.
•    Take responsibility for technical programme management initiatives, monitoring and evaluation effectiveness, and championing organisation-wide
cross learnings.
•    Lead on all fundraising efforts , including planning, managing and ensuring the delivery of an agreed fundraising budget in a bid to accelerate the growth
of fundraising across a diversified range of funding streams to achieve long-term, sustainable Country Programme growth. Develop partnerships and
relationships which generate donor funding.
•    Research, identify and cultivate potential donors.

networking and relationship building, staff management and development.
