University degree in law/legal area, social sciences, or relevant degree and/or experience: At least 5 years demonstrated experience managing operational. project
management and administrative duties (for U.S. Government-funded projects or other internationally funded programs a plus, but not required); Experience building and sustaining effective partnerships with government NGOs, funders, and all relevant project stakeholders; Experience working with
multi-disciplinary international teams; Strong oral and written 'communication skills in English required,
including evidence of quality report writing and presentations (*Bilingual/fluency in English and Kiswahili a plus); Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with quality products; Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to travel locally within Tanzania (Arusha and Dodoma, 1-2 times a year}.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator position estimated at 503 FTE (20 hours/week}, includes in-country project coordination, assisting RTl's project director who's located in the U.S. to ensure that the project activities are meeting US Depdrtment of State and stakeholder
expectations and providing support and technical assistance to the partnering agencies in Tanzania. The project coordinator will be supervised by RTl's project director, and will serve as the project's in-country point-of-contact with the partnering agencies. RTl's Home Office. and other identified
stakeholders and collaborators.
