•Initiating monthly distribution plans for supplies based on the supply tracker with clear transport plan for hard to access areas especially during rainy seasons.
•Acting as a link between Concern and WFP warehouse staff in your assigned county to facilitate collection and distribution of health and nutrition supplies to all health facilities. 
•Ensuring timely preposition of health and nutrition supplies to health facilities for effective and efficient service delivery. This includes a special plan for hard to reach areas. 
•Facilitate sensitization and discussions with community structures like VHCs, BHCs Chiefs and TBAs that are attached to health facilities and health facility staff to promote proper monitoring and usage of health and nutrition supplies.
•Ensuring appropriate storage of all health and nutrition supplies at all health facilities without compromising space for existing services being provided at the site like ANC.
•Ensuring transparency and honesty in collection, distribution and accountability of all health and nutrition supplies to all health facilities. 
•Ensuring proper usage of Concern Worldwide assets such as vehicle allocated to you for programme activities e.g. collection and distribution supplies.
•Ensuring all required paper work along the supply chain is in place especially waybills, are properly signed and safely kept for monthly report and invoicing. 
•Monitoring stock levels at the warehouse including supplies for CWW in WFP warehouses and advising the Health and Nutrition Supply Chain Officer for timely action.
•Ensuring accurate record keeping for supply movement at both Concern warehouses and at WFP warehouses in your assigned county.
•Monitor the storage of supplies at facility level taking into account the hygiene aspect and quality maintenance standards.
