•Taking lead on the planning and implementation of behaviour change communication activities in line with the behaviour change communication framework. •Reviewing and updating the behaviour change communication framework (BCCF) with lessons learnt and changes in the social dynamics at communities. •Training Community Facilitators and providing backstopping support in training lead mothers, men groups, mother support groups and school health clubs. •Planning and taking lead on social mobilization activities to promote behaviours change. This will include campaigns, awareness and community sensitization through music and drama •Mobilizing and training community leaders, religious leaders and other opinion leaders as change agents to facilitate behavior change in line with the BCCF •Developing and reviewing messages to promote behavior change this includes messages on posters, billboards and IEC materials. It also includes writing and editing plays for drama groups, guiding rehearsals. •Organizing radio talk shows with influential personalities to discuss behavior change issues. Monitoring the impact of the media campaign on influencing behavior change.
•Ensuring behavior change communication activities are properly planned and executed effectively and efficiently. •Ensuring accurate and high quality data is collected using Concern designed data collection tools and analyzed to inform planning and change in strategies and change of messages. •Documenting case studies, best practices and lessons learn in behaviour change communication to promote internal learning and to be included in donor reports. •Providing technical supervision during activity implementation at community level including campaigns, dramas, participatory cooking lessons, school health club activities – this means being present in the field as community facilitators carryout activities, analyzing
