all diplomacy matters relating to staff in accordance with regulations adopted by the board of

Shiill achieve coherent planning
In Consultation with the staff members, prepares and presents· to the Board of Directors, the
Annual Business and Financial Plans
• Interprets and explains the purposes and plans approved by the Board of Directors to the
Management and employees and public at large as appropriate.
Establishes and approves objectives for management and staff members and provides for
development and implementation of plans in all operating units of the bank.
