• Applicants should possess a university degree, preferably in Business Administration
or a related field, with at least three (3) years' experience in a similar position, including
experience of managing people
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in written and spoken English

1. Maintain and update files for original contracts and agreements, both physically and
2. Ensure processing of visas, work permits for international and National staff and
Visitors is done in a timely manner.
3. Arrange and co-ordinate all air travel, both international and domestic, commercial
and UN HAS, for all staff and visitors, including liaison with Logistics to ensure transport
to and from the airport is arranged.
4. Support the Country Representative in building working relations with Government
departments and international agencies.
5. Undertake annual performance appraisals of the staff supervised.
6. Assist the Head of Operations in the preparation of annual budgets for the NCA South
Sudan representation and Staff House.
7. Arrange NCA South Sudan annual registration with Ministry of Justice and RRC.
8. Monitor Government legislation and circulars, keeping the Senior Management Team
updated on any adjustments.
9. Prepare Administration-related reports as required.
