Requirements
A Bachelor's degree, in business, marketihg or related field from a recognized university
Advanced degree in management, marketing, business administration or a related discipline
Excellent communication skills
Excellent skills and experience in planning, conducting, managing and executing international high profile business events.
Excellent Negotiation skills with international cl ients and partners
Leadership skills in research, marketing, creativity and innovation
Must possess thorough knowledge of government procedures. regulations and processes
Have not less than 10 years working experience at senior management level in both public and private sectors
Must be computer literate

Responsibilities
1. The Chief Exe.cutive Officer shall be responsible for the day to day administration of the affairs of the Convention Centre_
2. Secretary to the Board and responsible for overseeing the execution of the B©ard's directions and policies to ensure desirable outcomes
3. Qemonstrate commitment to the organization's vision, mission, core values and mandat.e
4. Achieve set performance objectives and targets
5. Put in pta·ce effective administrative structures, pr:ocedutes that enhance good g0vernance
6. Provide regular. thorough and prompt communiqition to the Board on key technical, financial and administrative matters
7. Effectively represe11t the organization to stakeholders and enhance its public image; and promptly resivond to Board member's requests for information
8. Be result oriented, and have ability to artic~late and execute short and long term plans, relate effectively with public and private institutions and harmonize
competing interests
9. Work closely with the Government through the parent Ministry
10 Self-motivation and high integrity are essential
