nt will travel to Uganda to complete the following tasks for both teams:
Train new and existing administrative and financial staff on how to produce complete
documentation for submission to headquarters. Currently, 10 new administrative and
financial staff have been added to the Gulu team and are new to the project. They are in
need of training since the Kampala administrative and financial staff are also new to the
growing needs of the ASSIST Uganda project. Both teams have yet to work under a
portfolio of this size and are in need of training to create documentation that is accurate
and complete for an this expanding project.
Review and spot check documents for completeness and accuracy in both offices.
The consultant shall pay particular attention to vouchers, spot-checking at least 15
exceptions in both the Gulu & Kampala office during the visit.
The consultant shall also look through at least 20 Travel Expense Statements and Travel
Advances during the visit to both the Gulu & Kampala office, checking for accuracy and
compliance in standard operating procedures.
