Requirements
• Medical Doctor or a Qualified Nurse/Midwife;
• At least 2 years of clinical experience and experience in supervising staff with
government or local or an international organization;
• Experience of designing and conducting training;
• Report writing skills as well as analytical capacities;
• Flexibility and willingness to adjust to changing responsibilities or needs as they arise;
• Proven ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
• Good understanding of written and spoken English;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email, EXCEL).

Responsibilities
Support the site managers ad program managers in developing plans for providing
reproductive health services such as basic emergency obstetric care and family planning
techniques;
• Work very closely with the site managers developing supervisory plans for the health facilities;
• Support the sites in assessing the needs for RH equipment and supplies and assisting
them in acquiring the supplies
