• Close follow up on reporting schedules, ensure timely reporting and coordination of the reporting process between Juba, field and the HQ by sending reminders of the reporting deadlines - In line with the Grants Management Plan • Prepare reporting templates and reporting Instructions according to the donor guidelines, and share the templates and reporting Instructions with the reporting teams · • Collect report inputs from the field, draft, edit and finalize monthly, Interim and final reports to be submitted to donors on monthly and quarterly baes • Archive and file reporting related documents Information products development • Collect and collate programmatic Information In order to create information sheets on the DRC South Sudan field sites (Malakal, Melut, Bentiu, Ma ban, Ajoung Thok, PamIr) Collect and collate programmatic Information In order to create information sheets on the DRC South Sudan sectoral (Protection, Shelter/NF!, CCCM and FSL) programmes and achievements and update them monthly • Ensure regular human interest stories are send to HQ for the DRC/DDG website and as attachments in reports • Support programme visibility/including development of institutional and operational visibility materials • Provide the quantitative figures against each output Indicators from the monthly reports • Extract the information from the donor reports for Internal and external use e.g. challenges, lessons learned or innovative programming opportunities • Any other duties as agreed with the Grants Manager
