Engage in national and county policy forums as necessary to ensure LVCT Health agenda is maintained Support development and ensure implementation of strategies for the program area in assigned regions Develop work plans and targets in collaboration with relevant teams and ensure implementation Support development and ensure dissemination of program support documents Recommend changes to strategies and work plans based on performance monitoring Identify best practices from within and without LVCT Health and provide input to improve programming Supervision and follow up of programs to ensure the highest standards and targets are met and maintained within the region Support development of indicators for tracking outcomes and ensure the data collection and utilization is carried out by the teams in the region. Identify emerging issues and opportunities from field visits and communicate back to improve program Line management of HTS program officers Mentorship and capacity building of program officers and staff implementing programs Communicate and disseminate new program directions to program and regional staff Together with relevant managers and STOs, organize convene, workshops and symposia to discuss regional work to relevant stakeholders Document and disseminate best practices and lessons from the project Regular program reporting
