Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and ensure adherence. Manage the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the local area network (LAN) hardware and software Manage the information systems, staff and consultants to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software. Provide leadership in the use of modern software in presentation of reports at organizational meetings with staff and other parties. Work closely with Monitoring and Evaluation team to design, set up and maintain routine and evaluation database(s).
