Requirements
i. Holder of First Degree in Public Administration or Human Resource Management,
ii. Fluent in both written and spoken Kiswahili and English;
iii. Age should not exceed 45 years of age,
iv. Must be a Tanzania Citizen

Responsibilities
i. Implements and recommends suitable changes to human resource plar"IS, policies,
directives and procedures pertaining to recruitment, selection, placement,
remuneration, industrial relations, staff welfare, training and development.
ii. Maintains staff database and human resource records.
iii. Co-ordinates staff appraisal and training needs analysis.
iv. prepares regular and ad hoc reports as required
v. Supervises common cadre staff.
vi. Performs such other duties as may be assigned by superiors
