A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aeronautical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunication) or a science related discipline such as Aviation, Physics, Mathematics Professional Qualification in flight safety discipline (airworthiness, flight ops, licensing) at a senior level Instructor’s Training A master’s degree is an added advantage
Preparing lesson plans for approval by Head of Programmes- Flight Safety Assessing the lesson’s needs based on the syllabus to determine learning objectives and methods. Conducting lessons in class. Carrying out research on subject matter for continuous improvement and development of courses. Setting and marking examinations (written and practical) Complying with relevant policies and guidelines. Complying with the Quality Procedures and Standards. Participating in the School’s activities as required, such as, the students club, Integrity Committee, Training Needs Assessment Committee etc. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department- Flight Safety.
