>Originate and implement exhibitions creative concepts and/or
design.
>Prepare and manage the exhibition budget.
a Ensure that the Exhibition Unit Is effectively used to support the
business objectives of KTB.
o Identify exhibition process Improvements that reduce cost,
Improve quality and allow for the more efficient usage of
organizational resources.
Ensure full Implementation of the Quality Management System
within the Exhibition Unit.
>Monitor and evaluate the exhibitions' effectiveness as a marketing
tool.
> Negotiate on exhibition locations, materials, space and cost.
> Mentor, coach and provide le:idership to the Exhibition team
