o Master's degree in related field.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Business or

Higher National Diploma In Human Resources Management; or
Certified Public Secretary.
o 8 years experience with at least 5 years at senior management

a Plan, monitor and evaluate staff training and development programs
to establish KTB as a learning organization.
a Strengthen seamless Inter-departmental linkages by ensuring that

of KTB to increase productivity and increase results in order to ensure
Internal and external customer satisfaction.
