Requirements
    The ideal candidate for the MPL Operations Manager career opportunity should hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university;
    Advanced training and hands on experience in strategy, business and operating models, risk management and organizational performance management;
    The candidate must have at least seven (7) years working experience, with four (4) years’ experience in planning and operating at strategic level in a busy commercial environment, preferably in a manufacturing company;
    Evidence of designing strategic plans; and
    Consultancy experience will be an added advantage

Responsibilities
    Actively contribute to the company’s strategic planning process and provide regular updates;
    Initiate, conduct, monitor and review the implementation of the organization strategies and constituent business units in line with the strategies and business targets;
    Review the performance, resource utilization, value contribution and quality of coordination of projects and in line with set organizational objectives;
    Carry out periodic reviews of organizational functional strategies, business functions and processes in order to determine their efficacy and contribution to revenue generation and cost containment;
    Conduct a review of the performance of the investment strategy in line with organizational set objective;
    Lead the development, review and operationalization of the organizational business and operating model line with the strategic direction;
    Conduct organizational monitoring and evaluation of programmes in line the business strategy;
    Review organizational risk management policies, procedures, and practices in line business strategy; and
    Write and present performance reports to management geared to improved performance and risk management.
