The DEA invites expert(s) to review the elements of sectoral trajectories aimed at constructing possible pathways to 2050 for South Africa. The sectors to focus on include Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use (AFOLU), Energy, Industry, Transport and Waste. The selected experts will be expected to:

• Provide expert peer review for the Level 1-4 scenarios included in the South African Calculator, and for the other technical assumptions related to their area e.g. load factors, current installed capacity, costs, emissions factors and other relevant data. This will include review of Excel spread-sheets, and the 1-pagers developed for each technology to justify the scenarios selected.
• Be active participants in the stakeholder workshops held for their sector during the development of the 2050 Calculator.
